The MTN Trainer Lite is built to provide lightweight comfort, grip and stability for alpine approach and mountain use. It has a robust fabric upper that fits well straight out of the box. The lasted construction and moulded EVA midsole create a stiff midfoot with a flexible forefoot for moving quickly in rough terrain. This shoe is also engineered with our proprietary 3F system that connects the instep, sole and heel for additional ankle support.
