Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. (“Mitchell & Ness” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Juggernaut Capital Partners, has been acquired by Fanatics and a strategic ownership group comprised of some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment, and culture, including Jay-Z, Maverick Carter, Meek Mill, the D’Amelio family, Lil Baby and more. The strategic ownership group will own 25% of Mitchell & Ness. Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. on this transaction.
